Warranty and returns
Gamemaster warrants our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 60 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Gamemaster agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the product number on original dated sales receipt.
Defects in Workmanship
For any defects in workmanship on any of our products please follow the following procedures.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of the defect along with a photo of the product for review. Please be clear on the reason for return and provide your name, email address, phone number, address and purchase date and location.
2. Our team will review the issue and will connect with you to resolve the problem.
3. After determining what the return plan is we can process the return and issue a call tag to return the merchandise.
